To request an exchange, please provide proof of purchase and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your items.

Proof of purchase can include an emailed confirmation, a bank statement with details about the purchase date. a space in your heart reserves the right to deny an exchange or return if adequate proof is not provided.

Items for exchange must be in their original package, unused condition and suitable for resale.

Any shipping costs for exchanges due to change of mind are the customer's responsibility. Please note that shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable for exchanges, and return shipping costs are also borne by the customer.

Please be aware that all sales of discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Accessories and fashion items, including pins, tote bags, socks, and bags, are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

a space in your heart is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Upon inquiry, we will verify delivery details, including tracking information and the date of delivery, so you can investigate further.

Cancellation Requests

We did not provide Cancellation requests of any order.

Refunds

We can issue refunds for items that are defective or incorrectly sent. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days with the details. We will ask you to return the item using a trackable shipping service. Once we confirm the issue, we will refund you for the item and all shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
